The Standard For Cotons is a small, (8-14lbs)  cotton like long-haired dog, They are white,  Tri colors ( white with patches of color) or White with Champaign  and intelligent expression. The nose is black the lips are thin and rimmed with black. Eyes are large ,dark brown, and rimed or hallowing with black Temperament adaptable, very eager, and intelligent,  Happy go lucky, and forms very strong bonds with his/her masters.  loving, eager to please, charming with a big dog’s temperament.
